• Male or Female, maximum age of 30 years old.
• Master Degree (S2) of Psychology from reputable universities
• GPA of more than 3.00.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Holder of HIMPSI Certified Psychologist, preferably from industrial and organizational, is a must.
• Having in-depth knowledge of recruitment process.
• Good analytical, conceptual, and administrative skills.
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Learning & Development Personnel
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) from any major with GPA of more than 3.00.
• At least 2 years of working experience in developing learning solutions.
• Have practical knowledge and skill of common learning methods and media, an exposure to blended learning will be an advantage.
